We operate on a 48-hour return policy *, applicable only to items falling under the Eligible Return Category*.

Refunds are not part of our policy.

We facilitate returns and exchanges strictly for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE purposes for standard sizes*.

To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at vastrakritibyswati@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing the return ID order number.

Approved returns/exchanges are subject to RESTOCKING FEES: 15% for deliveries within India, and 25% for deliveries outside India.

Returns must be authorized and dispatched within a specific timeframe of 3 days from the receipt of the original order.

We maintain a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
Store credit issued must be utilized within 6 months.

Customers are responsible for covering all Return Shipping costs / RTO Cost, and we do not assume any expenses.
